I'm using my Moravian email and network password and I still can't get into the library database I need.

Possibility 1: Be sure you are using your Moravian network login and password (same as AMOS and wireless password). If it still is not working, there may be an issue with your password. Contact the IT Help Desk at 610-861-1500 or help@moravian.edu for assistance. 

Possibility 2: If the IT department confirms your username and password are correct, and you are new student, it may be possible that your information has not been added into the library system yet. Contact one of the librarians if you believe this to be the case, and we will promptly activate your account.
