There are different ways to determine if an article is peer-reviewed.

  • When searching EBSCOHost databases: Atla, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Academic Search Premier, Business Source Elite, PsycARTICLES, and SPORTDiscus limit your search results to peer-reviewed.  Just check the peer-reviewed check box under the limiters.
  • You can search for the journal title on the Internet and look for the information about that journal.  It usually mentions if it is peer-reviewed.
