How do I log in to view library resources (online articles, e-books, databases, etc.)?

Answer

General resource access

All e-resources available through the Theology Library use an OKTA login. When you click through to a resource, you'll be prompted to sign in through Okta if you haven't already.

For seamless access

For the easiest access to all resources available through the Theology Library, access the site through the OKTA login dashboard. This will allow you to be logged to Okta before arriving at the library website.

1. Visit login.moravian.edu

2. Click the tile for the Theology Library (you may have to scroll down to see it.) Look for this logo:

Individual publisher sites

Occasionally, a link to a resource will direct you to a publisher's website and ask you to select your institution. In that case, search for Moravian University or Moravian University Theology Library.

If you encounter a broken link or an error message, or if you're denied access to a resource that you found through a library search, please contact us at theologylibrary@moravian.edu so we can help.

Perlego ebooks

The Perlego platform works differently than other library databases. To access it, you'll need to activate an individual license. Once your license is activated, you'll log in with your Okta credentials for access, just as you do for other library resources. For more information about Perlego, see this FAQ entry.

Alumni access

If you are an alum of Lancaster Theological Seminary or Moravian Theological Seminary, see the Theology Library's alumni portal for more information on accessing resources: library.moravian.edu/services/alumni.
